What this site is (and isn't)

ParaguayAgencies is an informational comparison directory of independent agencies that assist with Paraguay residency. We publish price ranges, services, timelines and editorial ratings, and we match you to agencies based on your quiz answers.

We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, tax advisor or government body. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Residency requirements and outcomes depend on your circumstances and on Paraguayan authorities. Verify anything important with the agency you hire or a qualified professional.

Agencies are independent third parties

Every agency listed here is an independent business. We are not their agent, partner in your engagement, or a party to any contract you sign with them. We don't process your payments to them and we can't guarantee their performance, timelines or results. Your relationship with an agency, including any disputes, is between you and them.

Referrals and how we make money

Some agencies pay Strivian LLC a referral fee when someone we send them signs up. Referral relationships are disclosed with a "Partner" badge, referral money never changes a rating, and it never changes your price. Full details are on the How it works page.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep prices, services and timelines accurate, but agencies change their offers without telling us, and quiz matches are recommendations, not promises of fit. Information on this site is provided "as is" and may be outdated or incomplete at any given moment. Always confirm current terms directly with the agency before paying anyone.

Acceptable use

• ·Don't scrape, republish or resell the directory's content without written permission.
• ·Don't submit false quiz entries, impersonate others, or use the lead system to spam agencies or us.
• ·Don't attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The site's content (editorial reviews, ratings, comparisons, guides and design) belongs to Strivian LLC unless otherwise noted. Agency names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification.

Third-party links

Links to agency websites, YouTube, Telegram and other external services leave this site. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strivian LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any listed agency. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Strivian LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
